Business Continuity Action Plan - In Effect from 2020-03-18 10:24 NZST to 2020-03-23 17:00 NZST

We have now successfully implemented all of our Business Continuity and Redundancy systems across all of our networks. Systems and Services are currently running at a Business As Usual (BAU) status with minimal delay or interruption.

Our Emergency Text Alert System has been activated for customers who have provided us with their mobile number, to advise them of any significant or urgent updates.

As of Wednesday the 18th of March, all Done Digital Group Offices have been temporarily vacated in response to the health risk impact of the Corona-Virus “COVID-19”.

Over the past few years, Done Digital Group has worked to create a business continuity action plan and has modified and improved our technology, systems, and processes to become more agile and mobile for business continuity in the unlikely event of a natural disaster. At 8:30am on Wed 18th Mar 2020 we activated this plan in response to the immediate potential health risk of COVID-19 and will be progressively migrating all of our services and systems to remote working capability in accordance with this plan.

While we expect there to be little business and/or service interruption while we put the full force of this plan into effect, we ask for your patience and support while we do our best to mobilize our teams and re-deploy our remote working systems during this time.
