Dear Customers,

Our team has now implemented our redundancy communication service for Email and has now resolved this issue.

Our Emergency Txt Alert System will remain active and will be used to provide important and/or urgent updates to you should they be required.

If you want to update or add your mobile phone number to receive these alerts, please email us a [email protected] and one of our team will set up the alerts for you.

Retroactive

Dear Customers,

Due to our BCA Plan being in force and our offices being temporarily closed due to COVID-19, we are experiencing some minor issues with our customer email alert system. This affects automated customer email alerts for ALL of our service notifications, service status updates, and payment receipt notifications.

As a workaround we have now activated our Emergency Txt Alert System utilizing our Babble Communication System.

This means that for the meantime, rather than receiving automated updates via email, you will receive them via txt message to the nominated mobile phone on your account.

This DOES NOT affect our normal email communication systems which are currently fully operational.

If you require assistance, would like to update your nominated mobile phone number, or have a query - you can use our self service portal(s) (available on all of our websites) to submit a ticket, email [email protected], or call us on 09 972 4398 Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.
