Financial System Migration - Upgrade - Potential Degraded System Performance from 2019-11-26 16:15 NZST to 2019-11-30 12:00 NZST

Our team is currently in the process of working with our vendor partners to migrate our current financial system to a new financial management system across all of our brands that is more in line with our financial management goals - enabling our brands to share information more cohesively, and consistently in one platform.

While we are in the process of migrating to our new system, our existing system will stay active and you will be able to access your financial tools including invoicing and billing. Online payments, however, have been disabled for the migration process and invoice payments will have to be made using direct debit or by bank transfer.

We expect this migration process to take 3-5 business days. If your organization is due an invoice during this period, you will still receive it in a timely manner from one of these systems.
